Instructions - How to apply?

1. Register in Sikkim GO

If not registered Goto sso.sikkim.gov.in Register/Create Account.

2. Login using Sikkim GO

Login using your Sikkim GO account.

3. Fill up the Application Form

Fill up the application form and click on Save & Continue.

4. Upload Documents

Required Documents:
a) Parcha
b) Sale deed/Cadastral Map from Revenue Surveyor
c) Location map of the site drawn by Draftsman/Architect

Note: Document size must not be more than 2MB and all the documents must be clearly visible.

7.Online Payment & Submission

Pay required fees online. On successfull payment the application will be submitted automatically.

5. Site Inspection

Be Ready for Site Inspection. Receive notification via SMS/Email or Check Schedule Online.

Note: You must produce Original Documents for verification during site inspection. Incase documents could not be verified your application will be cancelled.

6. Wait For Approval

Keep track of application Status. Notification will be sent via SMS/Email or check online.

8. Get Your Report

Collect Original Report from Department (Single Window).

Note: You can also download copy of the report from your account.

( As per approved Schedule of Rates, 2009)
