Instructions - How to apply?
1. Register in Sikkim GO
If not registered Goto sso.sikkim.gov.in Register/Create Account.
4. Upload Documents
Required Documents:
a) Parcha
b) Sale deed/Cadastral Map from Revenue Surveyor
c) Location map of the site drawn by Draftsman/Architect
Upload necessary documents and click on Submit button to submit your application.
Note: Document size must not be more than 2MB and all the documents must be clearly visible.
Fees for Issue of Stability Report
